Returns Policy

To initiate the warranty return process, purchaser must return the allegedly defective product to the original place of purchase, along with the dated purchase receipt.

QFT can reject a warranty claim if purchaser cannot establish date of purchase. If purchaser bought a product directly from QFT and:

  1. (a) QFT shipped the incorrect product, or
  2. (b) the purchaser believes product received is defective under QFT’s Limited Warranty

Please contact our customer service team immediately at (270) 793-0900 for complete product return instructions and to request a Return Goods Authorization. Final warranty determination is at the sole discretion of QFT.
