Quick Fuel Technology Limited Warranty Statement

No other warranties apply. Please Read Carefully.

Quick Fuel Technology, Inc. warrants its new and remanufactured products to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser only, for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Quick Fuel Technology, Inc. will repair or replace the product, or any defective part or parts thereof, without charge to the original purchaser.

The responsibility of Quick Fuel Technology, Inc. is limited only to the repair or replacement of the alleged defective part. Furthermore, Quick Fuel Technology, Inc. shall not be responsible for any actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges or actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original cost of the alleged defective product to the consumer. There are no other obligations, express or implied, and final warranty determination will be at the sole discretion of Quick Fuel Technology, Inc.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified or altered, subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion, faulty repair or used in other than those applications recommended in the current Quick Fuel Technology, Inc. catalog or on the website.

To initiate the warranty process, return the alleged defective product to the original place of purchase, with dated purchase receipt. Warranty can be rejected if the consumer cannot establish date of purchase.

This Warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state or provincial laws. This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements.
